Editorial Policy
EduFilesPH publishes educational guides, templates, and teacher-support resources for classroom and school documentation.
This Editorial Policy explains how we create, review, update, and correct the content published on this website.
Content Purpose
Our content is created to help teachers save time, organize school documents, understand common reporting requirements, and prepare editable files for classroom or school use.
EduFilesPH resources are intended for educational and informational support. They are not official government documents unless clearly stated and linked to an official source.
Resource Creation
When we publish templates, forms, or sample documents, we aim to:
- make the resource practical for teachers
- explain how the file may be used
- include relevant reminders or limitations
- avoid presenting sample files as official submissions
- encourage users to review and customize the file before use
Where applicable, we refer to publicly available education policies, forms, or common documentation practices.
Accuracy And Review
We try to keep our posts accurate and useful. However, school requirements and education policies may change. Teachers should always confirm final requirements with their school, district, division office, or official DepEd issuance.
Posts may be updated when:
- a file is improved
- a link is corrected
- a school year changes
- a policy or format changes
- users report an error
Corrections
If you find an error, broken link, outdated file, or unclear instruction, please contact us at:

Downloads And External Links
Some EduFilesPH resources are hosted through external services such as Google Drive. We check download links before publication, but links may change or temporarily become unavailable.
External websites linked from EduFilesPH are provided for reference or access only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites.
Transparency
If a resource is a sample, modified template, educational aid, or unofficial version, we aim to state that clearly in the post. Users are responsible for reviewing each file before using it for school submission or official documentation.
